Wholesale Policies

  1. All wholesale clients must have a climate-controlled physical location.
  2. Minimum order subtotal is $150 (excluding shipping).
  3. All wholesale orders must be placed online at PompeiiWholesale.com. In-store wholesale purchases are not permissible.
  4. All products are sold in pack quantities only (ex. soap bars = packs of 6).
  5. Wholesale customer service is available Monday – Friday from 9 am to 1 pm only.
  6. Wholesale orders are typically shipped within 7 business days and are not processed on weekends. Fulfillment times may be extended during peak business rushes (such as holiday events and special promotions).
  7. Most products are discounted by 50% of retail prices. Essential oil pricing will always fluctuate with current market value.
  8. Only products visible on PompeiiWholesale.com are available for wholesale purchase.
  9. Complimentary testers are not available. Please purchase extra units for lotions, body butters, etc. that may require a tester for your customers.
  10. All sales are final unless a product is damaged or defective.
  11. Client is responsible for all shipping charges.
  12. A current Federal EIN/Tax ID is required for all Pompeii Street Wholesale accounts.
  13. No credit terms are accepted. Payment must be received prior to products being shipped.
  14. Pompeii Street products may not be sold on Ebay, Etsy, Amazon, Facebook, Pinterest or any other third-party website.
  15. Pompeii Street products may be sold on your business website, though product pictures and information must always reflect those depicted on the Pompeii Street website.
  16. Product pricing may not undercut Pompeii Street pricing (with the exception of short-term sales).
  17. Retail sales, specials and coupons are never applicable to wholesale orders.
  18. All major credit cards, PayPal, and ApplePay are accepted for online payment.
  19. Returns are accepted on damaged goods only. Damaged products or discrepancies must be reported within 7 business days of receipt for a return merchandise and/or credit authorization.
  20. Stay active—don't lose your account! Because there is an ongoing waiting list for vendors wishing to resell our products, Pompeii Street Wholesale accounts with no orders for 18 months become inactive and a business on our waiting list is able to claim the inactive spot.


CARING FOR NATURAL PRODUCTS

  • Pompeii Street Wholesale is only available to clients with permanent locations that are climate controlled. We cannot sell if you transport products frequently (such as outdoor markets) or where you must leave products without climate control over long periods of time.

  • Do not display in windows or in direct sunlight.

  • Keep tester units clean and closed. If you provide tester spoons or sticks (for body butters), replace the spoons often.

  • Pay careful attention to expiration dates. Our philosophy is to use high quality ingredients with an expiration date rather than use harmful synthetics to make them last forever. We generally suggest putting products on sale (except soap bars) 6 months prior to their best by date.
